What is your return policy?
After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to return your order.
Digital products and personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.
Which products are excluded from returns?
Digital products and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
If we are closed for holidays, this will be communicated on our main page and in the shop.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are lovingly handmade at home.
We use sustainable PLA material for our 3D products.
As each product is made using 3D printing, there may be slight differences in color, texture, or surface. This is precisely what makes each figure unique
