Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases made through the 3D Neto online shop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

3. Products

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing and are hand-finished.

As each product is individually manufactured, slight differences in color, surface, structure, or print image may occur. These do not constitute a defect and make each product unique.

Some products are sold based on valid commercial licenses. The rights to the respective designs remain with the original designer.

4. Product Safety

Our movable 3D figures are collectible, decorative, and gift items.

⚠️ Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts can be swallowed.

The products are not toys within the meaning of the applicable toy regulations.

5. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Price changes, as well as errors and typos, are reserved.

6. Order and Payment

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed or dispatched.

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently only deliver within Switzerland.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

During company holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand, shipping times may be extended. Corresponding notices will be published on our website.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping service providers or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the shipment is returned to us as a result, the incurred shipping and return costs may be charged to the customer again.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping service provider, the risk passes to the buyer.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of 3D Neto until full payment has been received.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our separate return and refund policy applies.

We grant a voluntary right of return of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Excluded from return are:

Personalized products
Custom-made products
Digital products and downloads
Vouchers

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

10. Warranty

3D Neto does not provide a voluntary warranty on the products offered.

The customer's statutory rights in the event of legitimate defects remain unaffected.

11. Liability

Movable parts can be damaged by improper handling.

Damage due to improper use, falls, force, normal wear and tear, or use for purposes other than intended are excluded from liability.

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Newsletter and Marketing

By voluntarily subscribing to the newsletter, the customer agrees to receive information about products, news, offers, and promotions from 3D Neto via email.

Unsubscription is possible at any time via the corresponding link in the newsletter.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection policy.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, texts, logos, designs, and product representations, are the property of 3D Neto or are used based on corresponding rights of use.

Use without explicit consent is not permitted.
