Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. This also applies if the original order was delivered free of charge.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution.
Note on 3D-Printed Products
As our products are manufactured using 3D printing, slight variations in color, surface, or texture may occur. These do not constitute a defect and make each figure unique.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the repayment will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that the processing time of your bank or payment provider may take an additional few days.
